In many professions, there are dangerous and risky tasks to be performed. To be optimally prepared for this, employees need comprehensive education and training. The XR Academy uses a variety of immersive media to realistically depict hazardous situations for training purposes and to enable training participants to experience them. For a crane operator training, the TÜV SÜD XR Academy, together with Motion & Strategy, has developed a training simulation for PICO 4 Enterprise that is accepted by the professional association (Berufsgenossenschaft) as a valid training course for this profession.
